BitStay is a property management and booking platform built for two kinds of people: owners who want dependable rental income without the hassle, and guests who want a comfortable place to stay — whether that’s for two nights or two months.

We partner with property owners on a simple contract. Once onboarded, BitStay takes care of everything: professional cleaning, guest communication, listing optimisation, pricing, and day-to-day management. Owners receive their rental income after a small, transparent commission — no extra work required.

On the other side, guests can browse and book BitStay properties directly through our website, choosing between short stays and long stays depending on what they need.

Property owners often lose money to vacant nights, poor listings, or the time it takes to manage guests themselves. Guests, meanwhile, struggle to find flexible, trustworthy stays outside of traditional hotels. BitStay was built to solve both problems from one platform.
